ROADMAP / BUILD IN PUBLIC

From an interface to a useful product.

A realistic, staged plan for KUVOQ Flow. Items below are intended outcomes; publishing a roadmap does not mean they are built or that a launch date is guaranteed.

DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES
PHASE 01
Website demo

Front-end foundation

Build public website, visual product story and interactive deterministic sandbox. Verify deployment and mobile UX.

PHASE 02
Planned

Backend + genuine LLM inference

Create user authentication, secure API proxy, output schemas, rate limits, request logs and model evaluations.

No fixed date
PHASE 03
Planned

Closed pilot with consenting users

Run repeatable tests on approved data; measure task success, edit distance, response latency and estimated time saved.

No fixed date
PHASE 04
Exploratory

Integrations and multi-tenant SaaS

Explore connectors, workspace roles, account billing, privacy lifecycle and a scalable operations model based on pilot evidence.

After validation
EVALUATION PRINCIPLES

Measure outcomes.
Not hype.

Prospective metrics for a pilot. None of the values below are represented as achieved.

◇

Task accuracy

Compare intent classifications and generated drafts with a carefully reviewed test set.

⌘

Human edit effort

Record how often an output needs major revision before it can be used safely.

↗

Cost per completion

Measure model usage, time spent and quality, rather than raw token throughput alone.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Know exactly what is ready.

No. KUVOQ Flow is an early-stage product concept with a functional browser-only sandbox. It is not publicly offered as a production or paid AI platform.
No. The demo is a transparent rules-based simulation. A real model integration is a planned engineering phase, and would require server-side API credentials, safeguards and appropriate data handling.
Yes. Contact [email protected] with your use case. A conversation does not constitute a commitment to deliver a finished product.
The demo runs in your browser; the entered text is not sent to KUVOQ or a model provider by the included JavaScript. Current simulation history is stored in memory within the page session only.
